Dear Mary Frances, I read a query you dealt with recently and it sparked me to seek advice on our own similar situation. My aunt died a few years ago and in her will, the farm was left to my uncle (her husband) for his lifetime, with instructions that after his death the farm should be sold and the proceeds shared among her nieces and nephews.
