As with all social networks there are rules regarding content that can and cannot be shared, we like to think ours are the most sensible out there... But who doesn’t.

1. Pornography and Nudity

1a. The display of penetration is not allowed on Snipesearch social, this includes, “toys” or “genitalia”.

1b. Artistic Nudity is permitted, the censorship of art for containing nudity is madness, its like asking somebody to put a sheet over the Venus di Milo, you wouldn’t do it and neither will we. We will how ever ask that you be mindful of what you share and advise that if you are likely to be heavily involved with nude art works, modelling, clay or paint, that you create a group for it, this way when you share am image the only people who see it are those who asked too. We are also looking to create an age filter so you can block younger viewers from accessing the image should you choose.

1c. Homosexual and Lesbian images are permitted as long as they do not contain penetration or fellatio. We are firmly against homophobia but we also take a stance against crude images.

1d. Breast feeding and childbirth, we are clarifying this only because of our competitors backwards policies. Breast feeding and childbirth are a natural part of human life that every single person on the planet has taken part in at least one of if not both. Put simply there is absolutely nothing more natural and you are most certainly allowed to share it. We would also ask that you be mindful of posting it to your public wall, if you are looking to share images of childbirth we recommend finding a group to share them too, if one does not exist you should probably create one due to how graphic child birth can be. Breast feeding images however are acceptable to share to your public wall, its natural and non graphic and there is no logical reason for a person to take offence to this subject or images thereof.

2. Graphic violence.

2a. There is no such thing as an “educational video” for the topic of beheading. It is simple enough to understand from the name itself. Images or videos of beheading are strictly forbidden, no exceptions, there is no “context” where the image or video is needed to explain the message. This is simply snuff video pure and simple, no social network that allows people under the age of 18 on it should remotely consider allowing and our policy will never change.

2b. Abuse of women, if you have a tale of a woman being abused you wish to spread, use words in a status, do NOT back it up with images of the abused woman, you will not find a single person of sound mind who will disagree with your complaint of the abuse. You will find people offended by the image appearing in there feeds, and even sick people enjoying the picture, think before you share, does the image add anything other than shock value? Would you want that image to appear in your child’s feed? Do not share images of abuse.

2c. Revenge abuse, we simultaneously do not want to see images of a man who disrespected or injured a partner circulating, most people who share these images do not even know the source, last year an image circulated a popular social network which was supposed to be the back of a paedophile that had been attacked by a child’s parent, which was actually a woman who had been knifed in the back. If you are not the person who took the picture you may not know its true context do not share it.

2d. Dead babies, sharing images and videos of dead babies will lead to your information being handed to the police. There not funny its a sickness and we will ensure the police get you rehabilitated as swiftly as possible.

2e. Child abuse, images or videos your information will be handed to your local police force. This of course does not include adverts from charities fighting child abuse.

3. Illegal file sharing.

3a. Music, a user may only upload music that is public domain or there own creation any other uploads are strictly forbidden, link off site is permitted.

3b. Video, as with audio uploading of content that is neither public domain or you do not own explicit distribution rights is strictly forbidden.

4. Racism and hate.

4a. Racism and hate will not be tolerated on our site we believe that all people are equal this goes across the board, whether the victim or attacker is white black or Asian.

4b. Homophobia and persecution of homosexual couples will not be tolerated. If your a Christian you should be familiar with “judge not less ye be judged”, we will not tolerate gay couples being called sinners or being bombarded with any other derogatory abuse.

4c. Religious persecution is unacceptable, if you’re Christian that’s fine but don’t force it on others, equally if your an evolutionist or a believer in pure science we will not tolerate statements such as “a Christian would never accept that”, “that’s a Christian for you” and “how can people still believe in god when science has all the answers”. All the examples given are Christian and atheist/agnostic responses, these rules apply to and from all world religions, including but not limited to Judaism, Hindu, pagan and Muslim.

4d. Cyber bullying, if the police suggest to us that you are Cyber bullying we will check your usage history, if we believe there accusation to be accurate we will give them your usage history... in short don’t Cyber bully.
