Batman and Dunkirk actor John Nolan, Christopher Nolan’s uncle, dies aged 87

Actor John Nolan, who appeared in films Batman Begins and Dunkirk, has died aged 87.

The British star reportedly died today.

Nolan’s cause of death has not been shared publicly but was confirmed by a local paper, the Stratford-Upon-Avon Herald.

He is also the uncle of decorated filmmaker Sir Christopher Nolan, having starred in several of his nephew’s blockbuster hits over the years.
