Local resident Adam Thomas is baffled after the Councils 'botched' pavement in Claines where a tree stump was covered in tarmac along Park Avenue, Worcester. Instead, they covered it with tarmac, creating a bizarre hump that has left neighbours scratching their heads. Photo released 08/10/2026
