Cain left distraught in Emmerdale as another loved one is diagnosed with cancer

Emmerdale’s Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) has been hit with constant bad news throughout 2026 so far, and things aren’t going to get any better for him.

Way back in January, the character was told that a lump had been discovered and it needed to be tested for prostate cancer. This test was positive, which meant Cain had to undergo a vital operation.
