Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas shave $2m off asking price of New York mansion

Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones have reportedly slashed the price of their New York mansion two years after it first went on the market.

The eight-bedroom, 11.5 bathroom property in Irvington, Westchester County, was originally listed two years ago for the whopping sum of $12m (£8.9m).

However, according to IG Mansions, the actors have now dropped the asking price by $2.25m (£1.64m) to $9.75m (£7.2m) after failing to make a sale.
