The summer tournament grind is underway, and ACR Poker is throwing some extra cash into the mix. Alongside the standard tournament schedules, they have launched the Sun Run Series Leaderboard Competition, giving away a $15,500 prize pool.
The cool part? The site fully funds it. On some poker networks, leaderboard prizes are secretly funded by the players themselves through extra rake or by skimming a percentage off the tournament prize pools. ACR is paying for the entire $15,500 out of their own pocket, meaning the tournament guarantees stay exactly as promised, and this is just pure, extra cash on top.
The series kicked off yesterday, June 14th, but don’t worry about getting a late start. The leaderboard runs until June 28th, so you still have two full weeks to get your volume in and climb the rankings.
