A former paramedic has been jailed for 25 years after being caught on camera spreading his bodily fluids around the workplace.

Christopher Carroll, 36, was sentenced on Tuesday after pleading guilty to three counts of causing another person to ingest bodily fluids in three separate incidents.

The former Baltimore County paramedic had worked at both a county fire station and the fire department’s headquarters.

Fighting back tears in court, Carroll said he was ‘truly sorry to everyone involved’, according to local reports.

‘I’m just a dumb man who made a horrible decision,’ he said.
