DOJ Prosecutors Charge Venezuelan Illegal Shot by ICE for Assaulting Federal Officer

It was revealed on Tuesday that DOJ prosecutors charged the Venezuelan illegal alien who was shot by ICE for assaulting a federal officer.

An ICE agent shot and wounded a Venezuelan illegal alien during a confrontation in the 7000 block of West Anderson Lane in North Austin earlier this month.

The wounded illegal was transported to a local hospital and in stable condition.
