President Donald Trump has been dealt something of a setback in his $10billion (£7.5bn) defamation lawsuit against the BBC, with a judge giving him 10 days to handover his trust’s financial records.
The case centres on a 12 second edit of a speech that the POTUS delivered way back on January 6, 2021. It was included in a Panorama documentary that was broadcast shortly before the 2024 election.
