Famous man seeking injunction over sexual misconduct allegations given deadline for appeal

A celebrity who asked for an injunction to prevent the publishing of allegations against him will have the chance to appeal a High Court ruling.

The ‘well-known’ man asked the High Court to permanently prevent two news organisations from publishing his identity and allegations of sexual misconduct, but the bid for an injunction was denied on Tuesday.
