Federal Judge Holds DHS in Contempt for Deporting Illegal Alien Asylum Seeker to El Salvador, Orders Trump Admin to Bring Him Back

A federal judge on Friday held the Department of Homeland Security in contempt for deporting a young asylum seeker to El Salvador.

US District Judge Stephanie Gallagher, a Trump appointee, ordered the Trump Administration to bring him back.

The Trump Administration twice deported the asylum seeker, identified as 19-year-old E.L.A., in violation of three different court orders.
