The British government has launched a new initiative to try and help families this summer.

Over the course of Thursday, May 21, the Labour government announced a series of new policies, each aimed at easing the burden on British families facing rising fuel prices and higher energy and food bills.

Some have also speculated that this may be a last-ditch attempt from Prime Minister Keir Starmer to regain the public’s trust.
