Emergency services scrambled to the scene after a Skoda crashed into a VW Golf last Thursday at 3.55pm, and rushed four people to hospital. The driver of the Skoda, a woman in her 60s, and two passengers ? a girl and boy both aged five ? suffered severe injuries. Lancashire Police said the little girl tragically died in hospital yesterday afternoon after the crash on the A59 in Gisburn, Lancashire.
