Globe-trotting couple exploring world in their 80s say ‘why wait for adventure?’

When Aldo and Maria Marcangelo married 62 years ago, Beatlemania was at its height, and Concorde had yet to take flight.

Now aged 88 and 84, the couple are still blissfully happy, having fun and determined to make the most of every moment. 

Instead of a fancy dinner and bottle of champagne to celebrate their diamond wedding anniversary, the couple decided to pack their bags and travel around Italy.
