High street 'becoming a skeleton' amid multiple shop closures and parking changes

Businesses on Bushey High Street say parking restrictions and rising costs have driven away customers as several long-standing shops prepare to close. Businesses say the Controlled Parking Zone introduced on the high street in June has made it harder for customers to visit.
