Home of Preston Davey’s adoptive dads is on the market with a warning

Prospective buyers have been warned after the home belonging to the adoptive fathers of Preston Davey was put back up for sale.

Jamie Varley and his then partner John McGowan-Fazakerley were both jailed in June following one-year-old Preston’s death in July 2023.

The couple had bought a new home on Chandler Way in Grimsargh, Lancashire just weeks after being arrested following the infant’s murder.

Their five-bedroom former property has now been up for auction at a starting price of £370,000 – £80,000 less than they paid for it.<...
