An old saying suggests that the road to the White House runs through Ohio. For more than 125 years, the Buckeye State has served as the nation's bellwether. More recently many Midwestern states-not only Ohio, but also Iowa, Illinois, Indiana and Minnesota-have turned either ruby red or navy blue. That polarization has hit a tipping point.
