‘I’m going to pee now,’ George* announced casually while standing in the shower bath with me.

It was my first shower with him, after sleeping together the night before – and this was the last thing I expected him to say.

I laughed, and blurted out: ‘Are you serious?’.

I thought he was surely joking. He wasn’t.

Before I knew it – and ignoring my laughs – George, who I had been seeing for two months at that point, began to take a leak in the bath...
