In Cape Town, women-led cookies business supply British Airways

In one of South Africa’s largest townships, a small bakery is turning cookies into jobs. Khayelitsha Cookies, a women-led business on the outskirts of Cape Town, has secured a deal to supply British Airways, a breakthrough the company says will create more employment for women in a community hit hard by joblessness.
