If anyone deserves a fresh start on Coronation Street, it’s Todd Grimshaw. According to actor Gareth Pierce, that’s exactly what we’re going to get.

 For the best part of a year, Todd’s every day life was a waking nightmare thanks to his abusive partner Theo Silverton (James Cartwright).

Despite seeming like the perfect boyfriend in public, behind closed doors Theo would routinely bully, insult and control Todd, lashing out with terrifying physical violence whenever his uncontrollable jealousy came bubbling to the surface.
