Jeremy Clarkson has revealed he was diagnosed with cancer in scenes from the fifth season finale of Clarkson’s Farm.

‘I’ve got cancer,’ Clarkson told farm manager Kaleb Cooper and land agent Charlie Ireland, describing the disease as ‘aggressive’.
