Pictured here is the Grim Reaper. A ghoul dressed in a "Grim Reaper" outfit has been fined ??200 for climbing onto a hospital roof to stare at staff and visitors. Police and the firefighters were called after the man dressed head to toe in the black hooded outfit was seen standing still overlooking the hospital entrance.
