Jordan Burton A teenager who was repeatedly beaten over the head in a horrific street attack in 2006 died after he suffered an epileptic fit while taking a bath 16 years later, a court heard. Daniel Allright was 16 when he was struck over the head with an advertising board and bicyle chain in Friendly Street Park, Deptford, southeast London, on 13 September 2006. He suffered life-changing injuries and his mother found her son, 31, submerged in his bath on 26 March 2022, the Old Bailey heard. Jordan Burton, 34, who was identified as one of the assailants in the attack, later admitted violent disorder and inflicting grievous bodily harm upon Mr Allright. Burton, of Lewisham, now denies murder and manslaughter. Central News
