Following up on a post from last month, where I noted that Hennepin County, Minnesota, receives more federal money than any county in America. This distinction largely rests on the fact that the county hosts the headquarters of the health insurance behemoth UnitedHealthcare Group (UNH), a large Medicaid and Medicare contractor.
