Morrisons recalls popular snack over fears product contains glass

Morrisons has issued an urgent recall of one of its Savers items for fear that the packages contain pieces of glass.

Morrisons Savers Cashews have been removed from the grocer’s shelves by the Food Standards Agency.

The affected batches are the 125g packages, which have best by dates of: 9 August 2026, 6 September 2026, 26 September 2026, 28 September 2026, and 9 October 2026.

Any customers who have bought the product are urged to return it to the nearest store for a full refund.
