Eric Clark, 45, has been charged with murder. Police say he turned himself in. Clark is the third person arrested in connection to Fortune's death. Fortune was found dead Aug. 3, behind a vacant house on Road of Remembrance in Jackson. Investigators say she was found in a hanging position. Jarques Ratliff, 51, and Earnest Lloyd Jr., 25, have been charged with murder for their alleged roles in Fortune's death.
