Countless books exist to cover just about every creative craft, whether you’re into writing, knitting, painting, or trim carpentry. Some of these books read like manuals or workbooks and some are written with the kind of flair that keeps a book lover turning the pages. But does there exist a book that’s a pleasure to read while also meeting the challenge of inspiring the creative in us all, no matter our niche interest? Yes, yes there does. I usually gravitate toward craft books that are specific to the art of writing or drawing, but the temptation of getting into the head of this book’s author convinced me to dive into broader concepts of creativity and, ultimately, energized my own creative quest.
