Netanyahu's party calls record Arab turnout the 'Islamization of Israel'

Israel certified its election results Friday, confirming that the Jewish state's minority Arab population will control a record 19 seats in the Knesset -- enough, at least on paper, to break the stalemate between incumbent Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and challenger Gadi Eisenkot.
