Donald Trump has caused significant alarm on social media after ranting again about “studying” men’s anatomy.
The US president was speaking at a Texas rally on Tuesday ahead of the US midterms next week, where the Republican Party is expected to take a beating from American voters angry about the rising cost of living.
Trump was meant to be winning back voters in this final campaign push when he started to discuss the backside of Republican Senator for Ohio, Jon Husted – on stage.
Recalling how he praised the senator’s “ass” for being a “pile of muscle” during two previous rallies this month, the president said; “I never knew he even played football.
“So I’m studying him, and I made the mistake of saying that I started off by studying his ass.”
