One of Elden Ring's top sleuths has already unmasked its new DLC characters

Longtime FromSoftware dataminer Zullie the Witch has come out with a new video showing off the close-up details of Elden Ring's two new NPC invaders. Knight Leontiel and Noble Broken Mask were both added to the game as part of Elden Ring's Tarnished Edition DLC.

Knight Leontiel is a straight "hey, I know them" reference to Lucatiel of Mirrah from Dark Souls 2, boasting an HD remaster of her signature conquistador fit and nimble greatsword. Take off the mask, though, and Leontiel practically is Lucatiel, even down to a burn mark over her left eye that corresponds to the hollowing rot Lucatiel suffered in Dark Souls 2.

Noble Broken Mask, meanwhile, may obliquely give us a better idea of what his base game counterpart and spiritual rival, Goldmask, is supposed to look like. Goldmask's model has a face, but it seems like a generic placeholder element...
