The company has run its 'one-time randomisation' to decide who gets a unit from the first batch and who is left on the waitlist. Once you know where you land, head over to this community reporting website; we're already getting a good idea of the odds of buying a Steam Frame from the results so far.
The odds were stacked against us. That's the picture I get from this tremendous website by coah80 that asks the community, 'Did you get a reservation?' Users can respond with: waitlisted, reserved, or no email yet.
With 35,000 (and counting) results so far, it looks like around 44.7% of respondents were lucky enough to get a reservation, and 51.6% are on the waitlist. 3.8% say they haven't received an email yet.
