Quant Fusion is what is known as a multi-ledger rollup: a settlement layer that connects several blockchains at once instead of running on a single one. It has been on mainnet since June 2, 2026, and Quant Network states that it links 74 blockchain networks in one shared environment. The heart of the matter is not the number but a promise: a token that today sits in seven copies on seven blockchains is meant to appear in this environment as a single value with a single liquidity pool.

This piece explains what works under the Quant Fusion rollup technically, how it differs from an ordinary rollup, what role the QNT token plays in it and which claims are documented. For what Quant is in the first place and what banks use the network for, see our overview of Quant, QNT and Overledger. This goes one level deeper.
