Teenager fatally stabbed in Northampton with murder investigation launched

A murder investigation has been launched after a teenager was stabbed in Northampton.

The boy died at an address in Adnitt Road in the Abington area of the town on Tuesday evening, despite efforts from officers, members of the public and paramedics, Northamptonshire Police said.

A police cordon is still in place at the address in Adnitt Road and in Dallington Park as the investigation continues, with members of the public asked to avoid both areas.
