Picking the best talents in Star Wars Zero Company is something you'll start pondering when you unlock recruitable operators in the game. Each of these will have both a class and a talent, but the good news is that you can respec both in the change specialization menu once you've recruited them.
This means it's usually a better idea to recruit a character you like the look of, versus one with a talent you can tweak anyway.
