Former stars of Dutch football have lined up to condemn Netherlands’ miserable World Cup exit against Morocco with one former star left feeling ‘sick to my stomach’.

Morocco dominated much of the match but Cody Gakpo put the Dutch ahead after 72 minutes – sparking emotional scenes after announcing the tragic loss of his unborn son on Sunday.
