President Trump blasted New York Attorney General Letitia James and Governor Kathy Hochul for their witch-hunt criminal investigation into the “Cornell 7” this week. 

A former Cornell University student, who remains anonymous under the pseudonym Jane Doe, filed a lawsuit last month against seven Chi Phi fraternity members, claiming she was drugged and gang-raped in October 2024.

Cornell police and the District Attorney declined to prosecute after finding that the alleged victim did not withdraw her consent.
