When Nitish Kumar bought his two-bedroom flat in Poplar, East London, he had grand plans for it.

Since moving into the property in July 2024, he’s truly made the place his own – with a dedicated gaming desk, a games console in the living room, and even a chess set in the kitchen. All for the grand price of £620,000.
