With 'rare' Paris talks, France hopes to cash in on Saudi investment programme

Saudi's crown prince Mohammed bin Salman is in Paris to meet France's President Emmanuel Macron. The two leaders are to hold talks on a variety of topics, but first and foremost about the situation in the Middle East.
