I always enjoy waking up to a social media post that begins "This is Miyamoto", and this morning was no exception. Earlier today, Nintendo's Shigeru Miyamoto took over the company's X account to announce a new release date for the live-action Legend of Zelda film. Once scheduled for release on 7th May 2027, the Legend of Zelda film will now arrive on 30th April next year. "The team is working hard to deliver the film to everyone as soon as possible," Miyamoto added. "There's less than a year to go until release, so thank you for waiting."
