If you're a WoW Classic player, you might want to tread carefully if you're leveling in certain parts of Kalimdor. As reported by players over on Reddit (via WoWHead), the latest patch seems to have caused piles of bugged enemies to spawn beneath the ground in a specific spot in the Stonetalon Mountains, posing a lethal threat to unsuspecting players.

It's particularly dangerous for unaware hardcore players like redditor Party-Signature-8700, who uploaded a video of their undead warrior nearly meeting a permanent end by straying too close to the hidden pileup of bugged assailants and escaping with just a sliver of health. While the bug might be threatening players in 2026, we can probably blame it on a quirk of WoW's programming that's over 20 years old.
