Yellow health alerts in place ahead of fifth heatwave and 36°C highs scorching UK again

The UK is set to bake under a fifth heatwave, with new heat health alerts in place and highs of 36°C forecast.

The yellow heat health alerts run from 9am on Saturday to 9pm on Tuesday and warn that the hot weather is likely to affect the wellbeing of the population.
